Loïc, aka Lolo El Rumbero, is a self-educated professional dancer. Being born in Guadeloupe in the Caribbean, his parents were both amateur competitive dancers in Salsa and Caribbean Dances. Therefore from a young age he was introduced to the dance world, developing his musicality and love for these dances. His background comprises Hip-Hop, Ragga Dance Hall, Capoeira and the different Caribbean dances.
He is now settled in France, Bordeaux, where he started teaching 8 years ago and has become a renowned teacher and artist, acknowledged by his peers, but most of all loved by his students. Indeed, Lolo is actually booked every week-day for his weekly classes passing on his knowledge in the most funny, playful but still very professional way.
As a very complete artist, he teaches Crossbody Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba classes, but has developed a particular taste for Cuban Salsa and Rumba.
Nowadays, he goes from one festival to another, after having already traveled around Europe in order to share his passion and his work through his classes and shows.
